yes you can have sex up until the day she gives birth ( unless doc says no because of high risk pregnancy) and she should limit her coffe intake to ONE cup a day at the most but it gets the babys heart rate up higher and my doc said if too much caffine is taken it can affect the growth of baby and the brain
