What is a film that showed on IFC about an illegal immigrant?

The main character [a mexican] crossed the border to go to America to make money for his family. He stays with a white lady. On the way to America, this main character gets on a train with a friend of his. When the train stops, he wakes up to find that his friend had fallen off the train while it was moving. When he is finally ready to go back to Mexico, he stops in front of a cop and turns himself in so that they will deport him back to Mexico. At the end, a lady gives birth to a baby right inside the U.S. border so that her child will have freedom. The entire film has minimal dialogue.
