What age should babies crawl and walk?

My 7th month old is standing but he doesn't walk jus stands then falls on his butt.....he knows how to get in the crawling position and go back into sitting poistion.when he gets on his tummy he wiggles then cries.he moves side to side but never pushes himseld up on his hands and knees.I get scared that he will never crawl.
