Tips for a story I'm writing!! Teenage spy!?

Ok so well I'm writig a story on a teenage spy who goes to a boardig school for well spies in trainging. She is like the most important person at the school cause she is the decendent of the man that owne the place. Ok so anyways. I need MAJOR tips on like her academic life. Like the way she learns or watever during class. I know thy there's Covert operations or coveops. And there's p&e. Like physical work. HELP ME
