Total lean CLA or Lean Burn 60?

okay so I was thinking of starting on a diet pill.. but I don't want to be stuck with it for the rest of my life... so I was wondering if I could actually stop either of these pills after I lose the desired amount of weight? I was reading the reviews for these but there was nothing written about that... but a lot of people said that it worked... so any advice? if you think it doesn't work, can you tell me about some that do but you can stop them when done? because I just really don't want to be stuck with it for my entire life...
