I am about to graduate from High School and i am really scared, Low GPA?

I graduate in May, and lately I have been thinking about my future (about time), and I realized that I am not ready for college, my grades aren't to great, my GPA is 1.896, I didn't take the SAT, and I don't even know what classes I want to take, or what I want to do with my life, I don't have a job or any extracurricular activities or anything that is being productive, I already plan on going to community college for a couple of years, but after that, I am clueless. Please help, what can I do I know I have just blown off my senior year but hopefully it isn't too late.
