Isn't BORN AGAIN a really, REALLY unfortunate name?

Christians, why do you call yourself Born Again? You do know what happens when someone is born right? Where the baby comes out? When you say Born Again it's kinda like saying a full grown adult is popping out of the same place. Don't you have a better term that avoids this horrible imagery?
