I took my 17 month old daughter with a fever of 102.5?

By the time I got there they checked an told me her fever was 106.5....they told me had a ear infection..But its more to it they took her blood urine and xray...an told Me she had slight pneumonia and gave her some medication to treat but when my baby got home her fever came back its at 102.6...what do I don't my baby to die from it and on top of it all she has bronchitis
