How do I tell this sh!thead I'm not interested?

There's this guy in my class that is such a jerk. He always calls me these really bad names but people say that he just likes me. I hate it. I hate him. I want nothing to do with him, and I feel like socking him right then and there when he even opens his mouth. He even made me consider suicide once, and I really want him out of my life. I really don't want to just tell my teacher, because she is completely careless and she'll just laugh and say "young love". This guy seriously won't leave me alone! I can't STAND to sit near him, and it makes me want to kill everyone around me.
