Could this be Implantation?

My husband and I have been TTC bby#1 for 6months now!!! SHew..seems like forever...but anyways, my period was five days late and its on time EVERY month! (i track it with an app on my phone..My Days) But like i said, it was 5 days late, then on the fifth day it was very light almost light spotting (brownish) then got to a very light flow as the day went on..then the second day it stayed as a very light flow (red), which is unusual for me!! Then today which is my third day, it's back to being brown and seems to be fading away! Could this be implantation? I really hope so, be my DH was so happy when i kept missing my period! BTW i did take a preg test when i was two days late and it was neg and havent tested since! Whats your thoughts? **Baby Dust to all TTC**
