X-gf with zero self-respect?

Ok, long and complicated story short -- the girl i proposed lied to my face sayin YES. Aftr 2 weeks she brokeup saying she lost her feelings for me. But later i found tht she was in love with my friend and my friend told her to say YES to me in order to test her feelings for him. And they both went out *DURING* my 2 weeks relation without me taking. So it was a cheat by both of them. Now they r both dating happily and seriously love each other. Because I told to my friends she is a lier & cheater (which is really true). So last week she wrote a very big mail and wrote extremely bad things about me to take revenge even wrote about my friends and a family member who are not at all involved to this matter. I wanted to go to her parents but i couldnt bcoz her parents will talk to my parents (although I didnt do anything wrong except proposing her but still im worried with my parents bcoz they dont trust me). I didnt want to call and shout at her bcoz she would hung up the phone and it would have been more insulting for me. So i replied her mail but she again replied saying she didnt read my mail and said not to disturb her happy life. Now um really burning inside. Im a guy and tht girl all of a sudden mailed me and wrote bad things and i cant do anyhting about it?????
